Founded in January 2004, we became an incorporated non-profit in the summer of 2005. As of this writing in April 2010, we are in our sixth year of producing concerts. We hold concerts in the historic landmark stage of the East Sandwich Grange Hall located at 91 Old County Road in East Sandwich. Our doors typically open at 7:30 and the music starts at 8:00. Tickets can be purchased at the door, but we encourage our audience to purchase them in advance because we work under an occupancy limitation of 100 and feature popular artists who have sold out quickly. We are set up to accept credit card payments until 4pm on the day of the show at www.grangehallcoffeehouse.org
Our intent has been to become an integral part of the cultural landscape for Sandwich and the greater Cape Cod community and are now actively booking performers for the Fall 2011 and Spring 2012 seasons. To grow the community’s awareness about us, we have built a robust website and keep it updated so that it does not grow stale. Our mailing list has grown steadily to the point now where we can direct paper and email promotions to over 350 households. Local media including the Cape Cod Time, Enterprise family of newspapers, and the Broadsider have also been very supportive of us and given timely editorial coverage to our featured artists an venue.
Word-of-mouth, however, is the most powerful way to let people know about what is happening at the East Sandwich Grange Hall six Saturdays a year…so, please spread the word! We promise you a special night out…and that you will want to come back again.
